Our 2016 tennis season has come to an end and we will be holding our Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on December 10, 2016 (at 10:30am) where we will be reporting on the Club’s finances, reviewing the year’s activities and electing next year’s Board. In addition, this year the Board will be presenting revisions to our Bylaw/Constitution for the Members to approve and presenting research done on an electronic tag up and online court 3 booking system.
An AGM package containing the Meeting Notice/Agenda, the 2017 Board Nominees, your proxy, prior year’s AGM minutes and the revisions to our Constitution/Bylaw has been emailed to you. The remainder of the AGM documents, including the prior year’s financial statements, the current year’s financial statements, and reports from each Director can be found through the links below (they will be available by November 28th).
Please note that proxies are available for those members who are not able to attend the meeting in person. If you cannot attend, please make sure you complete your proxy form (included in the information emailed to you) and register it as described on the form by 5pm on December 6th. Proxies will not be accepted after this time. If you will be attending the AGM, there is no need to register your proxy.
We do hope that you will be able to attend the AGM in person. The meeting will be held at Glenview Presbyterian Church, 1 Glenview Avenue (same location as last year) at 10:30am on Saturday, December 10, 2016.
